Refund policy
Return & Cancellation Guidelines
Because many products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses, returns and cancellations are subject to individual manufacturer policies and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged or defective. Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply depending on manufacturer policies. Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, measurements, and compatibility before placing an order. Our team is available to assist with product selection to ensure the right fit.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Most products ship directly from the manufacturer. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on manufacturer inventory and freight carrier delays.
Damages and issues
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and provide photos for claim processing. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at safepathliving@gmail.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by shipping damage or fulfillment error.
